  • booking and payment

    All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

    Down payment:

    • A down payment of P500 is required to secure your booking 8 hours after scheduling the appointment—this amount is deductible from your total payment.
    • Remaining balance can be settled on the day of the appointment.
    • Failure to settle within 8 hours will lead to automatic forfeiting of the schedule.

    Full payment:

    • Customers may also opt to pay the total amount due in full instead of the down payment upon scheduling.

  • children policy & studio capacity

    For safety, comfort, and compliance with studio space limitations, the maximum capacity inside the studio is eight (8) persons at any given time, including children.

    Children Fees

    • Children below 2 years old: Free (Maximum of 1 free child per booking)
    • Additional children below 2 years old: Same as 2–5 years old rate
    • Children aged 2–5 years old: ₱100 per child
    • Children aged 6–12 years old: ₱150 per child


    All children count toward the maximum studio capacity of eight (8) persons.

    For sessions exceeding the maximum capacity, the studio reserves the right to limit entry or request adjustments to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.

  • studio time

    Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session.

    • Late arrivals will consume the allocated studio time.
    • If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be shortened to accommodate the next booking.
    • If the client arrives more than 30 minutes late, the booking may be considered forfeited or subject to rescheduling fees.
  • rescheduling policy

    • Clients may reschedule their session up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any additional fees. You may use the rescheduling link in the initial email confirmation.
    • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will incur a rescheduling fee of P500 (non-consumable in the studio).
  • cancellation by client

    More than 2 weeks from appointment:

    • 100% refund of payment.

    1 week from appointment:

    • 50% refund of payment.

    Less than 1 week from appointment:

    • No refund.

    No Show (Client does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice):

    • No refund and the client will be blocked from scheduling another appointment after three (3) no shows.
  • cancellation by the studio

    In the event that Stills Studio needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, force majeure, or other emergencies, the client/s may select one (1) option from the following:

    • Rescheduling the session at a mutually convenient time without any additional charges.
    • A full refund of the session fee.
    • A 10% discount on the next scheduled appointment.
  • how to reschedule (less than 48 hours) or cancel

    To reschedule or cancel your session, please contact us directly via phone or email.

  • photo selection (“choose at home” option)

    Clients may opt to select their final photos at home after the shoot once they have completed the session and are unable to select photos during the appointment duration.

    Selection Process

    • A selection link and instructions will be sent to the client within the day of the shoot, together with the contact details for submission.
    • Clients are required to submit their final selections within two (2) days after the shoot.

    Reminder Timeline

    • Day 2: First reminder will be sent.
    • Day 3: Final reminder will be sent.


    Processing Fee

    • No additional fee will apply for selections submitted within 4 days after the shoot.
    • Selections submitted five (5) days or more after the shoot may incur a ₱500 processing fee.

    This fee covers the additional scheduling adjustments and priority handling required to reopen the client’s photo set for selection.

    Failure to submit selections within a reasonable timeframe may also affect the estimated turnaround time for final photo delivery.

  • editing & retouching scope

    All delivered images include basic color correction and standard studio retouching, which may include:

    • Exposure and color adjustments
    • Minor skin retouching
    • Light blemish removal


    The following requests are not included in standard editing and may require additional fees or may not be accommodated:

    • Major body reshaping or slimming
    • Face reconstruction or major facial alterations
    • Background replacements not originally shot
    • Extensive object removal


    The studio reserves the right to maintain its artistic style and editing standards.

  • re-edit requests

    Clients may request minor adjustments to delivered photos within 3 days after receiving the images.

    • Minor adjustments may include small color or brightness corrections or cropping change.
    • Requests submitted after 3 days may incur a re-editing fee of Php 500 or depending on the request.
  • photo storage & archiving

    Stills Studio will store edited images for up to 30 days after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their photos once delivered. After this period, the studio cannot guarantee file availability, and retrieval requests may incur a file recovery fee if files are still available.

  • studio equipment & property

    Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment, furniture, or props due to negligence or misuse.

    Any damages incurred may be charged to the client based on repair or replacement costs.

  • image usage

    Unless otherwise requested in writing, Stills Studio reserves the right to use photos taken during sessions for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. Clients who prefer their photos not to be used publicly may inform the studio before or during the session.
